Visitor & Family Visas

Helping families reunite and visitors experience Canada with confidence and proper documentation.

Overview

Comprehensive Visitor & Family Visa Support

Whether you want to bring your parents to Canada on a Super Visa, invite family members for a visit, or prepare documentation for Schengen and US travel, we provide end-to-end guidance for every type of visitor and family visa application.

Our team understands the nuances of Temporary Resident Visa (TRV) applications, the specific medical and insurance requirements for Super Visas, and the documentation standards that visa officers look for when assessing ties to the home country and the purpose of travel.

We support families wanting to reunite with loved ones, tourists planning extended visits, business professionals attending conferences and meetings, and parents and grandparents who wish to spend meaningful time with their families in Canada. Our services extend to Schengen and US B1/B2 visa preparation for Canadian residents travelling abroad.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

A Temporary Resident Visa (TRV) allows visitors to stay in Canada for up to 6 months per entry. A Super Visa is specifically designed for parents and grandparents of Canadian citizens or permanent residents, allowing stays of up to 5 years per entry without the need to renew status. The Super Visa requires private medical insurance of at least $100,000 and proof that the child or grandchild in Canada meets the minimum income threshold (LICO).

IRCC wants to see that you have reasons to return home after your visit. Strong ties can include property ownership documents, a current employment letter confirming your leave and return date, business registration documents, enrollment in ongoing education, financial assets in your home country, and dependents (spouse or children) who remain at home. We help you compile the strongest possible package of evidence based on your individual circumstances.

Yes. A previous refusal does not prevent you from applying again. We review the refusal letter to understand the officer’s concerns, then build a stronger application that directly addresses those issues. This may include providing additional financial documentation, stronger proof of ties to your home country, a more detailed travel itinerary, or a revised invitation letter. Many of our clients have received approval on their second application after working with us.
